The order action detects the destination country, selects the 210 × 102 mm France form or 240 × 152 mm international CP72 form, and sends exactly one locked job to the Epson LQ-350.

Print sender details only
Load the selected La Poste form sideways. This sends no recipient or order information to the printer.
CN23 customs sender settings
Configure this once. Every order action reuses the same sender profile and only shows a compact confirmation summary.
What the app does
- Adds CP72 destination label to each order and prints the calibrated postal fields directly to the Epson LQ-350.
- Uses the domestic form for France and includes destination country only on the international form.
- Adds a separate CN La Poste declaration action to Shopify Admin order pages.
- Shows an explanation on ordinary EU destinations and enables creation only where a CN23 is required.
- Persists the reviewed draft, withdrawal code, barcode, and downloadable PDF for 10 days.
- Requires a complete preview and explicit certification before every real submission.
Support and privacy
The app reads only the selected order when you open its action. Declaration data stays in Shopify app-owned storage for 10 days and is sent to La Poste only after confirmation.
