Terms of service
Chlabs Postal Matrix Print is a merchant tool for direct printing on supported preprinted postal forms and for preparing optional La Poste CN23 customs declarations from selected Shopify orders. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing the recipient address, loading the correct form, maintaining the printer, and confirming all customs descriptions, values, quantities, weights, origins, HS codes, and restricted-goods information before submission.
Service availability
The app depends on Shopify, its hosting provider, the merchant's Windows worker and printer, and, for CN23, La Poste. Temporary interruption, changed third-party behavior, printer failure, or rejection of a declaration can occur. The app reports confirmed print outcomes and explicit errors, but does not represent that a generated form guarantees postal or customs acceptance.
Acceptable use
Merchants must use the app only for lawful shipments and must not submit false, misleading, prohibited, or unauthorized customs information.
